Needless to say, he has a passion for training as well as believing in it!

Claude’s career began with a Fortune 500 company where he worked for several years training employees across the country. Later, he was recruited by a Fortune 100 company because of his professionalism, knowledge, and self-motivation. There is a reason why he has been dubbed “The Motivational Professional Development Guy.” Along with this experience, Claude has been sought out from several higher learning institutions such as Clark Atlanta University Business School Faculty & Staff Fall 2020 Virtual Retreat Guest Speaker. In addition, Claude is the host of the “Art of Customer Service Show” podcast.
